Hi Last Quit,
I see that your an expert at quitting, did it quit a few times huh?  Hopefully this will be the very last time for you. It's been 2 weeks now and I hope your still smoke free.
You are right. It can be hard quitting. Harder for some than others. If it was easy everyone would quit today right now. Good luck on your journey to freedom from the Nicodemon!

Hi last quit,

You sure picked the right user name. I hope that this is truly your last quit.

So, often times, people learn from their previous attempts and relapses. People who use those experiences as lessons on both what works and what doesn't work tend to be more successful with quitting in the long run. What have you learned from your previous quits?

I have been smoking for long long years and have tried to give up 3-4 times but I have relapsed.  Now it is a week I have not smoked and this time hopefully will
be my Last quit.  the whole day I talk to myself and reviewing my health and quitting.   It is a long and hard journey but if we are certain can do it
Good luck to all
