Day 4

17 years ago 0 19 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Much better. Thanks for all the feedback. Yesterday I felt very woozy and spaced out. Today feels like a bit of a milestone. I woke up and couldn't believe I'd made it this far. Feels good.

Me too on Day 4 and still feeling a bit out of it but now I am at least going onto other discussions. Sometimes it feels like I am moving through water, that slow motion and slightly blurred look. Today I managed to think about other things other than not smoking for at least some brief times! We can do it, okay!!! ;p

You may find each day different to the one before. The first 2 - 3 days for me are kind of a blurr but i do remember how spaced out and strange i felt. :) I also remember the day felt like a week :) You are doing wonderfully :)Keep it up Celeste My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 188 Amount Saved: $81.6 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 15 Mins: 47 Seconds: 35

Jim, Glad to hear you persevered and are doing better on day 4. Remember milestone = reward, even if it's a small one. You resisted those cravings, you deserve it! Keep persevering, Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team
