Yep, quitting is hard. Won't try to kid you on that one. But it can be done. Many here are doing it, I've done it, you can do it, too.
I don't have NRT experience (used Wellbutrin, myself), but regardless of what quit method you use it all boils down to three things: attitude, determination, and commitment.
This site's Online Quit Program is fantastic; loaded with lots of tips and techniques for a sucessful quit.
