Yeah, I got crazy dreams and I'm on the patch. They finally stopped waking me up though. I also have a big urge in the morning so I leave it on. I figure the dreams are better than smoking or killing someone in the morning :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 125 Amount Saved: $22.4 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 14 Mins: 5 Seconds: 2

Liv :), read the update on the name :) I'm on Chantix and my dreams are wild. Glad you got to see your gramps! I'm actually enjoying the dreams, when I finally fall asleep! Has anyone else had dreams while they are on the patch? I normally dont remember any if i do have them but the last few nights I have had them.. good dreams tho. This morning I got to sleep in, first time in over 3 months and much needed. I saw my Grandpa, which I was close to and he looked good, healthy and younger! I kept making myself go back to sleep, in a way I wanted to see him again. Are dreams normal on the patch? Pheww! It was cool to see my Gramps again! I keep the patch on at night cause one of the first things I did when I got up was smoke. So far I havent had the thought when i wake up for a few mornings. So unless I cant sleep, I will stick with this! Thanks tho! Peace Dawn

Also...sometimes I have trouble finding my patch at night to take it off...the 7mg patches are tiny compared to the 21mg...so it's a game of hide and seek every night to find the dang patch...hubby just shakes his head at me.... I used the patch, kept it on at night, had dreams but at least it kept the cravings at bay in the mornings. The dreams were okay and not nightmares as some of the people have experienced. Keep on dreaming and not smoking.... Hi live I had tons of vivid dreams on the patch. Some people experience problems sleeping and take the patch off at night. I slept with it on and took if off in the morning (I always was bass ackwards) Congrats on surviving hell week - Good for you! Live4myboyz, There you have it! As you can see, an increase in dreaming is normal. If they become bothersome and interfere with your sleep, please consult your pharmacist for alternatives. Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team
