Personally, its not a bad thing to dream about it because your 
not actually doing it and if that helps with the cravings, its good.

I can't beleive it is day 18 already.
This is great.  Don't get me wrong it has been tough at times.  But I am still smoke free.
I dreamed last night I bought a pack and smoked.  I felt bad about it and then I realized I was dreaming so I smoked the whole pack.  Woke up feeling pretty good.  I smoked (but not really) and woke up not craving.
Don't know if that is good or bad.  But if I can satisfy my craves in a dream and wake feeling good with no craves, it can't be a bad thing can it?
