Hang in there Becky, you're doing fine!!! Keep telling yourself  N.O.P.E.!!  Kick that nicodemon to the curb!!!  Breathe deeply, drink lots of cold water and keep some gum or hard candy nearby.  Most important, spend alot time here reading and posting, it really does help!!
