Wow! 44 days smoke free! I can't wait to look back and see that many days behind me and cigarettes. You are a trooper and a shining example of someone that won't give up! Just remember that when you're feeling bad. It feels good to know people now that understand us, isn't it? This website is a God Send. Keep up the good work!

I just wanted to thank everyone for their support recently. I stepped off the patch and had some emotional issues going on, anyway I have made it through and have 44 days without smoking and 4 days off the patch. The first few days were a doozy to say the least, It felt like day 1 of not smoking. I feel so much better now and my cravings are minimal again. What a relief. Like Phil said, with all this support I can't smoke and I didn't . So thank you again I really needed the support and the kick in the ash to keep me focused on what is important to me and you, and that is not to smoke!!!
