So many have asked what my reward will be today on my 300 days? To be honest I was so preoccupied I hadnt thought of one :) I will tell you why........ A few months ago some may remember I had been to the Dr because I had been having problems that had got worse since I quit smoking, he ordered a colonoscopy and I was terrified of having it. Well I had it 2 1/2 weeks ago. Afterward I heard the Dr talk to some other patients that had one that day and tell them they were fine, but did he come talk to me, noooooooooo, they just said to go to his office for my appointment. Well I will tell you the last 2 1/2 weeks have been torture waiting, I have a very active imagination and I thought the worse, since I had smoked for 36 years I figured it had caught up to me now. I sat here this morn wondering how I would tell my sons that I was dying and how I wished I had not smoked all those years. I went today to see the Dr and I let him know that I was NOT pleased about the waiting, he told me if it had been serious he would have had me right in there, I didn't know that!!! He did appologize a few times, but I still had all that time to worry, and I do that so well. Well the Dr says its only a lazy bowel and I am fine!! So my reward for 300 days is that I am alive and the good Lord willing I will be around a long time still. I will see my grandchildren and my sons. I can enjoy my family and friends, and I can help my extended family here. PS Hubby did take me out for a cheeseburger at Harveys for lunch too :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/21/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 300 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,014 Amount Saved: $2250 Life Gained: Days: 39 Hrs: 7 Mins: 53 Seconds: 31

So what's lazy about it? Does it lie on the couch all day watching TV and eating popcorn or does it just have trouble getting up in the mornings? Oh and I bet that cheeseburger helped! Conrats on 300 days! Penitent d639
