Hey Bear! You are so right. I am thinking of a new season coming up, I had cravings the other day, and I think it was more a case of the memories of smoking than anything else. But I am trying to be mindful that with this season there will be some cravings to go through. We have been through the rest of the seasons now, so this willl be the last one. :)

Bear,
Thanks for making us this a little bit harder about cravings.
When you are having a crave, try replacing a cigarette with nuts or seeds, orange, green and red fruits and vegetables; avoid refined starches. If not food, then take a nice walk to get your heart rate up and clear your head a little.

Some where I read that the brain is unable to make the distinction between thirst and hunger .Whether thats true or not I will leave that up to more learned people than myself. On the remote chance that it's true when you have a craving maybe just maybe it's not for a smoke. So the next time your having a craving sit back and consider another possabilty ??? ;)
