Hi Angelcapp,
Good luck to you in your Boot Camp. Hope you lose all the weight you want to. I guess it is kind of scary when we write down just what we have consumed in a day. I keep telling myself I don't know how I gained 15 pounds. But yes I really do. :)
I have been using one. It really is interesting to see what you are putting into your body each day. Boy those carbs and calories really add up fast!

There are several good online places for logging that stuff, angelcapp. You can search for them.

I think I found a new way to cope with the cravings. I joined a Boot Camp to help me lose weight from stopping smoking. I have to write down every thing that I eat and log how much carb, fat, protein and calories I use. I spend so much time now looking up and wrighting down all that info that I don't think of smoking as much! Distraction really works!
