Scotcia- You're doing great! I know what you mean about "forgetting" you don't smoke and doing the reach. I still do the phantom reach sometimes! You made it through Day #1 - YIPPY! And, you'll make it through Day #2. Yes you'll have some cravings (you had them even when you smoked!), yes you'll reach for non-existent cigarettes sometimes, yes you might feel more tired and/or spacey than usual, etc. but none of these things will kill you....smoking will! So keep up the good work and keep posting! This is actually going a lot better than i thought it would, keep getting wee reminders though. when walking to snack van for my lunch i would normally have a cig on the walk over, i actually checked my pockets today like i would normally to make sure i had my fags before i remembered. I'm a non smoker now.
