Hey Susie!
I like cottage cheese!
Mine was full of nightmares a while ago...
Smoke is clearing now.
Gave up coffee at the weekend and feel so much better!

Morning everyone. Thanks again to everyone for the back up and the much needed words of comfort. I am marginally better this morning. Trying to act normally and make decisions whilst in this frame of mind is very difficult and yet there is something a bit hilarious about it too. Yes I can still laugh at myself!
Have to tell you all something. My mother in law is in hospital having suffered a stroke. We visit every evening and last night she was moved to a six bed ward. Across from my mother in law is a lady aged about 50 or so. Her son was at her bedside and was trying his best to stop his Mum crying. She was crying because she couldn't have a cigarette. Oh my did this bring it home to me. The price we pay? I felt so sorry for that poor lady. It could so easy be me.
Anyway I am off to do something. Yes I will find the will to move and do something before lunchtime. My brain is full of cottage cheese at the moment.
Have a good day everyone. Another day NOT SMOKING!!!!!!!!!! :confuse:

Hi susie144 -
It IS an amazing and sometimes very funny journey... I remember days when I had no clue why I had left the house or where I was headed, would remember and get back on track only to lose it again in just a few moments... :)
Yes, it could be any of us, which is an amazing thought. I see so many who are ill or look really so much older than they actually are, due to lighting up.
You're doing beautifully, cottage cheese and all!
Many blessings-
Healer
