Hello Viola,
Congratulations on your accomplishments.
I am glad to see that I am not the only one with sleeping problems.
My hubby is on the patch and he complains he cannot get a good night of sleep.
On the other hand, I did it cold turkey and I am getting 2 to 3 hours of extra sleep a night.
I feel I am sleeping my life away too, but let's face it, we are starting a new journey and I believe it is just one step towards success.

Congratulations on 14 days Viola! Doesn't it feel great when you start to see the benefits? (Although at some point during my quit, I discovered that my 9 year old cat had bad breath and I never knew!)
Sleeping is good - You have worked really hard...Take care of yourself and your body.

I can sleep all day and all night too! It's hard not to feel guilty about it though. I know it's only temporary....so, how long is this supposed to last?

You body is healing and adjusting, so it will take time to get back to its normality. Take the sleep and relax yourself a reward for 14 days!
