Hey Iwin: Great news and a good confidence builder for you! Awesome. I really like the Eclipse Cinnamin Inferno gum. Down to less than a pack a day, *HA HA* -- I find that I need it less as well, but good to know it's there. Keep up the Fabulous quit Iwin :) Hangin in Not Givin In, CobenFan (Christine M) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 32 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 551 Amount Saved: $112 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 0 Mins: 2 Seconds: 1

Iwin, It's amazing when all of a sudden a light goes off in your brain and you remember something like not chewing gum, not haveing a craving after eating. That is wonderful, and so are those 104 days. This is the only place I can come where I know everyone will relate to something that I just realized today, and I consider a major milestone in my quit. About an hour ago it dawned on me that I chewed only one piece of gum today. This is the first day in over 100 days that I have not had to chew five or more pieces of cinnamon gum a day. It gave me something to do with my mouth, and it always helped when I was having a crave. I have not had any craves today at all, so I guess that is why I did not need the gum. Funny how such a little thing can be so exciting. I thought I would post this because things happen along the way and I never can remember when some else asks when in my quit something happened. So now when someone wants to know at what point in my quit I was able to get off the gum, it is already documented. Thanks Ladybugg, I knew you all here would understand how something that would seem kind of stupid to someone who never smoked, would be a pretty neat thing to an ex smoker.
