Using Poison to Control Weight

Un-buttered popcorn from my air popper is pretty good Casey. But ooooh do I like the garlic-salt with smart balance margarine in there as well!! ;p I then spend a 20 minutes work-out with the dental floss. Cigarettes Not Smoked

I've gained just enough now to move into my "fat clothes" I was hoping to avoid that. Back when I was a kid I asked my Grandma why my Grandpa didn't smoke, she told me he had got poisoned by nicotine while dusting bugs with it on his farm and could never tolerate it again. It really is poison! It does level off. Yeah! In the past month with all the dental stuff (soft foods for three weeks plus pain killers) and water in my basement hassles, my diet and exercise plans were out the window. But I didn't gain an ounce. So, there is hope, the gain doesn't go on forever. Now the challenge is to get back into the swing of things and get that scale going the other way. (And to get my treadmill up & running in the basement before the fall weather hits) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 187 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,675 Amount Saved: $1,972.85 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 21 Mins: 23 Seconds: 43

It works, it really works! Ingesting nicotine daily will keep you slimmer and far far more beautiful!NOT I'm writing here in response to Kelly's post elsewhere, yes, my dear, you're one of those people who never gain weight simply because, like all of us, you've filled yourself with poison so weight gain is pretty much impossible. You will probably always be a few pounds heavier now. These are gonna be healthy beautiful pounds! You are too active and fit to gain very much and I promise it will even out. Deal with the quit first then worry about the pounds. Imagine how you look smoking a cigarette, then imagine how you look 10 pounds heavier and not smoking. Which is prettier?
