Low fat yogurt smoothies with frozen fruit - plus all that fresh fruit that is out there right now - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries...........the whole bit!
I can't believe that I have been eating food with all that fat in it for so many years - We have fat-free yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese and whole wheat bread, pasta, etc.....It all tastes good!
