pounds vs death

One year is quite and accomplishment! So what about a few pounds right? That's how I felt, get my quit strong, and the rest will work itself out. I'm seven months in now, and just got back to my prequit (and pre-pregnancy) weight. We should be proud! Andrea

Sunday will be my one year anniversary and I am sooo proud of being a non-smoker. I had gained weight before I quit and gained a few pounds after quitting so I can't blame weight gain on stop smoking. I don't like to exercise so I joined a line dancing class and am having a blast! Its a great stress reliever.
