Around the beginning of my quit I read that bananas helped to curb cravings. You might want to try them if you are just starting out. They are also good for you!!! Especially with ice cream, toppings, whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. I know what I am having tonight. ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 143 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,145 Amount Saved: $600.60 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 6 Mins: 20 Seconds: 41

This is a great way to help the hand and mouth becoming occupied and a great way to come up with coping mechanisms. Thanks for sharing, Josie, Support Specialist

John, Also... try sour things. I love sour tangerine candies. Sorry... I don't think I am allowed to say the brand. Works great. Wow...almost a month for you. Bravo!! My favorite fruit is in season. Bing Cherries and they are awesome. Especially with the new found taste buds. Highly recommended!!
