Bad thoughts creeping in on me

14 years ago 0 363 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I'll tell you all one thing, I just read days one and two of my blog, and now I feel wonderful!! Its easy to forget hoe hard those first few weeks were. Its easy to start feeling sorry for ourselves, and to start making excuses. I would guess thats the addict in me trying to get me to fail. That junkie is slick, but I think as long as I have my journal to fall back on, I may be on my last quit folks.

Hi PB,

Glad to see you are feeling great today!

Vent here any time and use this past experience to help you in future situations where the moments get a little tough.

68 days is an incredible accomplishment...........keep it up!
