Jazz, thanks for stopping by and keeping us up to date on your quit! Its folks like you who show us newbies how to keep the quit. Say Hi! to Mr J for me while you are kayaking, dirt biking, guitar playing, and everything else you are both are doing! And what a wonderful reward you have planned for October! Stop back when you can!

Hi guys. I don't get much time to stop by anymore, but I wanted to pop in and say a quick "hi" to all my cyber family. I miss you guys!! While quickly checking through some of the threads, I see a lot of great quits still going on - awesome!! And, of course, a big welcome to all the newbies - you've made a great choice, and it's worth the fight.
Nothing much new on my end - I still ride the "I should be smoking" rollercoaster once in a while, but far less often. I've become comfortable with the "new" me (it took long enough!), I've lost a couple of pounds, and feel I've regained control of my life. Mr. J. is still comfortably sailing along as a non-smoker too (I'm so proud of him ). We've started kayaking again (our 4-month reward that we bought last year), and have taken up a couple of new hobbies - dirt biking and guitar lessons. I'm stashing this year's savings away for a trip for 2 to Florida in October. All is good..........
I hope everybody is well. I miss being around you guys, and will try to stop in more often. Take care and keep the quit!
