Thinking back on what it was like to smoke day in, day out, smoke here, smoke there from sunrise to bed down.  No longer is it that way.  I feel good; breathe fine, increase in energy of course, the mental addiction gone.  Was it ever there? I do not remember but it must have been or else I would not be posting.

Point being, yes there is freedom from this addiction. Your effort to wean yourself from it is very notable, your accomplishments however short as they may be, treasured.  The shorter achievements are hardest to come by, what a commitment that you have made and come to stand by.

Have a very pleasant, fun filled and/or relaxed weekend.  I’m stuck on sticking to it. I know that you feel as I.

Make it your last

Dennis
