Thank you so much for sharing Lisa. What a powerful video, I suggest that everybody watch it, and please share it with others. I agree with Karren, if this video doesn't make someone want to quit, I don't know what would.

 I lost my Daddy like this also, and this Vidio needs to be seen by anyone who thinks they cant quit smoking :( thanks for posting this, i hope all the newbies see it and also those who think they cant quit, Sad but soooooooo True    Tresa

Whew Lisa- that was emotionally heavy- but very powerful. Anyone who has the slightest hesitation in giving up the habit should watch this-and if that doesn't make you want to stop then nothing will.

It may not be for everyone it's a very sad documentation of a guy losing his mom to cancer. Maybe because my mom died of cancer and so many parts of this made me think of her, in the begining of my quit if I was at home and thinking of smoking I would get on the computer and watch the clip and cry and then ask myself how could I ever think of smoking again it really did help me through some rough craves I'd even think of the clip if I was out and having a bad time.
