Greetings old friends and new,

I wanted to drop in and say hello and also to voice my gratitude to this website and to so many of you who kept me going on this journey.  I'm doing very well and happy to see so many of my old friends still hanging out here.  My husband and I are happily smoke free for the past 17 months.

It's also inspiring to see all of the new people starting out on this journey.  I must share with you that quitting smoking is the BEST THING I EVER DID FOR MYSELF.  You can do it, too.  It is so worth the pain and discomfort.  Hold on tight and don't give up on yourself.  My life now is full of freedom, good health, and adventure.  And, it is simply amazing to journey through life without the ball and chain of nicotine addiction.

Take care,
Boxerfan
