Hi all, I'm still smoke free and taking it one day at a time. I had the strangest dream last night..not a smoking dream. In my dream, I was craving a cigarette??? It was one of those huge craves. I guess that is a step up from a smoking dream. I woke up and just felt the after affects of that horrendous crave. Then, the day just kind of continued that way...the nagging crave; but, thank goodness, no smoking for me...not one gosh darn puff. I am still preparing to get off the lozenges when this box is out..probably next week sometime. I have not been here too much; got sick with the shingles; a first for me...must of been a stress related incident. Glad all is well with most of you and here's to learning to live life smoke free..no more smoking for me. What a crazy dream. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 82 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,968 Amount Saved: $410.00 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 7 Mins: 10 Seconds: 22
