Thanks for the warm welcome & words of encouragement everyone gave me on Day 1. This is the morning of Day 2 and I'm feeling a bit queasy. Coming to this site and reading other peoples' posts truly does help. I guess the old saying "Misery loves company" really is true! I have smoked for 33 years, and I know this won't be easy, but I am DETERMINED! Thanks again for your support.

determined,
You are in "hell week" so anything can happen. Be prepared and post often, we can help explain what is happening and help you overcome it. Take a day to yourself and let it all out, we are always here :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
