I am still going! I have moments I "think" I need one and it is when I am anger or very happy. LOL I learned to scream instead. I was having a bad day yesterday so I screamed in my car!! Hey I survived smoke free :) I am going on vacation in 4 days and I will be a non-smoker YAY! I am with my lil daughter so she is thrilled we do not have to stop for a smkae break! I am proud of myself and I don't feel I am free of smoking, I just know I have a choice in what I do.
