Sounds familiar. I lived with umpteen symptoms for ages until I started to get it. And even then I resisted.
 
Eventually you come to terms with it. Doctor's start, at least my case. And you're in for a long one.
 
But, yes, I've found that talking about it helps. As I hope this does for you.

Hi there! My name is Darren and I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for most of my life but have only as of recently admitted that I have been dealing with it. Once I admitted that I have been dealing with it, it seems to be harder to cope from day to day but have set in my mind that the first step is to talk about it.

Taking things day by day and hoping that in time that it will get easier to deal with everything happening
