i post a lot of stuff...that's because i'm a good typist...but more on toastmasters...i also think i post positive stuff...and that's also a toastmaster trait...the group teaches you to look for the good things in people.

hi i have been fighting depression for years and years. I would just like to say that i have had a nice experience with toastmasters. It presents a very structured social situation, is not pushy and very positive. Has anyone had a similar experience, or problems. Incidently, I think i am maginally depressed, whatever that means, but I am very frustated because I am so tired and yet can't sleep and I procrastinate tremendously
