Exercising is a great way to decrease anxiety and stress. Exercising causes a natural high that can last extended periods of time without the need of medications. If exercise is done in the great outdoors, the added benefit of sunlight and fresh air comes into effect, like  better moods and overall better health. Sleeping will also come easier. With the exercise alone, sleeping comes easier, which also assists to eliminate anxiety.
