I remember how things like that used to be a big issues for me. Now I hardly even thought about panic.

Well the meditation class is going slowly because I am only in the begginer's class which meets once a month. So I am going but I will only join the "advanced" class when I can sit still for an hours at a time! I have tried to meditate at home as well but the discipline has been a bit lacking...

Hi Genejockey,   Glad to hear things went smoothly re:panic attacks during the competition. In a way that is quite a victory under circumstances that cause nervousness, anticipation and performance anxiety, and the pressure to do well. On the 18th of Oct I am competing in a weightlifting comp. Looking forward to it but it can be a bit of an adrenaline rush. Not really the calming exercise normally recommended. But I did begin meditation classes this week.

We can never express enough, the importance of exercise.  Exercise is so diverse and has many different healing aspects. Exercise can be fun, it can make you feel good, and it can clear your mind.

Now that the fall is here, what are you doing to up your exercise regime? What are you doing to have fun?
