This is part of my night ritual. Also, I look if there is something that I'm too attached to, which blocked my abundant life or relationships...I can't think of anything right now, since I'm usually in a different space, and relaxed at night, after doing PMR.
Making a point to acknowledge what you are grateful for is a great way to boost your mood and overall well-being. I can't remember the exact details but I remember hearing that making a point to write down three things you are grateful for each day works better at boosting mood then prozac! If memory serves I heard about that on a ted talk. So great strategy hugs!
