Another Question

Hey everyone Okay this might seem like a weird or stupid question, but its something that is really bothering me and I cant seem to stop contemplation it. I know anxiety and panic atttacks does not lead to more serious problems like scizophrenia but what if you were kind of scizophrenic already but you jsut didnt know it. Scizophrenic people are delusional, so how do we know for sure that are thoughts are not delusional as well. I have a strong feeling that my thoughts are not delusional at all but is it possible that there are people out there that are completely delusional but just dont know it. All of what Im talking about is probably just formed by a lot of paranoia but I need some questions answered and some reasurance. Somebody please help me out.
