Boredom can be a trigger, loneliness, tv programs, etc. Are you following the panic program? In the diary, record what you were doing and who was with you, etc. A pattern might emerge for you to see.
this is what frustrates me. my dr keeps aasking me what i'm doing when i have the attacks, i have them all teh time. it mostly happends during the evening, when there's nothing to stress me out or get me going. they come out of no where and i can't predict them. does anyone else have this problem? or do the majority of you have situations that trigger them?
i had one trigger that i seemed to deal with. at night i word start worrying my house is gonna burn down and i would check my stove over and over. i dealt with it by writing in a journal everytime it started. and it worked.
but i don't know why i'm having the stupid attacks!!
pls help.
