Hello celticdrummer and welcome to the site. You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. You will soon see that fellow members will be welcoming you too. There is an amazing amount of support on this site. Make sure to post often and let us know how you are doing. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Hi to everyone! I have a panic disorder and have suffered with attacks since my son had a near-drowning accident 5 years ago. I had been attack free for 2 years but started having severe attacks again about 2 months ago. I was hospitalized yesterday from hyperventilating, which made me feel even more ridiculous. The doctors have taken me off xanax and currently I am without any medication. I live in Wisconsin and am looking for anything out there that might help me find my way through this so that life doesn't seem so hopeless anymore. Looking forward to talking with you and learning from this site! Best wishes to all of you!
