This is the start of all my fears. My first panic attack was on a bus, i just felt really sick and like i couldn't breathe. So then I didn't like airplanes, buses, trains, cars which progressed to cinemas, lectures, classes, anywhere i couldn't escape. I try really hard to focus on my breathing in these situations and make sure i'm breathing deeply so i don't get that sick feeling. Thats my 2nd fear if i can't escape and feel sick embarrassing myself in front of everybody by gagging, etc. That said I'm sure you'll be fine. Focus on breathing. Since my anxiety started I have travelled many times. A lecturer was talking about exams and said if you fail the world doesn't stop spinning. I think of my anxiety the same even if the worst scenario i can think of happens it's not the end of the world. How old are you Blu3 have you always had this anxiety or is it a one off?

Keep your mind busy and everytime the thoughts of not being able to escape pop in your mind, get rid of them and think of something else.
Maybe even take a long a portable cd player to listen to music to keep your mind busy.
OOH.. and of course, PRAY.
I find that it helps me to keep my short term memory busy, talk to your friends, do something that holds your attention. Also, belly breathing helps too. Just breathe deeply into your lower abdomen. Perhaps sit next to a window so you can open it and feel less confined. Be aware of how long the bus trip will be and remind yourself that if you really wanted to get off the bus you could. Think more about all the fun stuff that you are going to do that evening and have fun! Hope something helps :)
