hi I am new here. I have been having panic attacks for about 3 years now. i was put on celexa when they first started happening and it helped alot. i slowly weaned myself off the celaxa and was fine for about 6 or 7 months. Just recently i have started having the attacks again and i cant stop thinking I am going crazy! also i have the feeling that nothing is real, i have this feeling all the time, all day long. i have gone back on the celexa so hopefully this will help. Thanks
