IT's sometimes difficult to pinpoint, but for instance, what thoughts go through your mind when you're on the phone? Fear of something usually set it off. Can you elaborate on what it is you fear? Can the early morning ones be triggered by the thought of going to work? Do you have as many on weekends or days off, for instance?

how can you do exposure work when you dont know what causes your panic attacks? ive tried and tried to figure out what causes mine[especially early morning ones] with no success. i think the ones i get during the day are trigured by just thinking about them, being on the phone, etc. any ideas on this?
