Been in and continue to be in counselling.

I am happy to say I am moving which will help. The last time I moved out to AZ (on the prospective of a job) I felt more relaxed being in a better environment.

Hi Megski84,

That must have bee a scary situation. If you have been abused in the past I encourage you to seek counselling. Overcoming past trauma can take some emotional work but it can be done with the right supports. What are your thoughts on this?

I was improving. Then this week I had 2 small anxiety attacks and saw a sexual abuser from my city (major creep) or thought I might have seen him. Now, I am back to square one. After a YEAR of hard work and improvement now I literally can't get myself around the corner once outside of my home.
