I also find that vicks vaporub helps and warm water with some organic honey helps too :)Had son=me lemon to the honey and warm water and you get extra vitamin C :P Hope this helps :) -Diva

Jo, In addition to consulting with your MD, you may want to try sitting in the bathroom with the shower running. The steam from the shower may help with your cough. Feel better soon. Danielle, Bilingual Health Educator

Hi Guys, I started with this tickly cough about 4 days ago and its driving me nuts, I just cannot stop every minute of the day, I have got some cough lintus thought it was helping but today going nuts, of course the more you cough the hotter you get, you get dizzy then makes you feel not with it then the circle starts, any advice as I had enough my tummy hurts and my chest is starting to h urt from all the coughing just cannot get rid of it, I have a nervous cough anyway so cough a lot at the best of times and a slight asmatic cough as well.
