Kitty, Have you worked through the program? This is essential to help you achieve success. Take the time to really challenge yourself and take it step by step. You can do this and we can guide you through. You can work on your weight daily or work on it later on. First focus on you and what you need. Little tips like lots of water and smaller portions can help you get started and will not be to much of a challenge. Please also visit our sister site atwww.alcoholhelpcenter.net, this can give you more knowledge about your drinking. Work with your Doctor to help come up with a plan that is right for you. We are always here for you, so let us know if we can help :) Keep Strong, __________________________ Panic Center Support Team.
