Tammy, You are doing great! Continue with the program and challenge those thoughts and anxiety feelings. By posting other members can assist you in helpful ways to combat and challenge. Keep Strong, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

I have had anxiety /panic for 2 years. It started right after a relative hung himself.I became extremely agoraphobic and was diagnosed by 3 different doctors. I have goe through the program ad have recently started over from the beginning. I am able to drive ow ad work most of the time. My problem is that I constantly fear dying. Just this week I have had a brain tumor, cardiac problems, blood clots, and kidney failure, or so I have truly believed. The program seems to help more with doing things, which I am close to mastering, but what about the fear of health problems. To compoud it, my medical insurance doesnt kick in until September. (I started a new job)
