Hey Jo. I always wake up thinkingggggg. My mind is constantly thinking (even when i'm sleeping). So, I wake up thinking negative like "whats gonna happen today." But i'm really trying to work on this because its not healthy at all. We should work on being positive and looking forward to each and every day ahead of us. Ur not alone!

Hi Jo, Fellow members will be responding soon with their own experiences of this concern. Please be sure though to consult with your doctor about any changes and alterations in recommended dosages of medications. Casey ___________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team
