Melanie, yep, I already did all the tests and I printed out my report yesterday. I'm going to bring it with me on Friday to show my doctor.

Squarepeg, Welcome to The Panic Center. We thank you for sharing your story with us today. This support group is full of supportive individuals who may be able to help you answer some questions regarding panic and anxiety. It is great to hear that you are making an appointment to see a doctor. In the meantime please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Take care and we hope to hear from you soon. Hello. I just started the program yesterday. I've been homebound with panic disorder since Sept 2003, but I've had anxiety since 1996. I haven't been in the grocery store longer than ten minutes since Sept 2005. This Friday Mom and I will be going to the grocery store after my visit to the Psychiatrist. I'm going to be out of the house a lot longer than I'm used to. A tiny part of me is excited, but of course a much bigger part is nervous. I've had panic attacks in the grocery store before. As it is, I can't even go for short walks around the block with my MOm everyday because I'm too scared. What the hell am I going to do when I'm in that store this Friday? I know I'm going to have to face my fear sooner or later. I was able to face it before, but I had a major setback, and now I'm right back where I started. I can't keep living like this I know, I'm afraid I'll get settled into my anxiety. At least going to the store will be something to do. Even if I do have a panic attack, I know I need to go. We need groceries, right? Gotta eat.Hello. I just started the program yesterday. I've been homebound with panic disorder since Sept 2003, but I've had anxiety since 1996.
