I've also felt that feeling, and this morning i felt panic coming on...with symptomatic feelings of a heavy forehead, eyes felt heavy too. It sounds strange, but, I'm pretty sure it's a symptom of the panic. I'd think that the doctor would catch it if something were wrong-

Jenn, There are many symptoms for panic and anxiety. Try some relaxation techniques and really relax yourself. If this persists, check with doctor to rule out anything medical. Hope this helps, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Is a tight feeling across the head a symptom when you are having an anxiety attack and temples are tight, I feel scared right now..Jenn

Well I have started taking Ativan, feel great on it but boy when you come down from it. Now that I am not having so much anxiety, I find myself so weak, like I have the flu. I think anxiety withdrawls are worse then anxiety..maybe not..lol..My mouth is still dry but not as much. For 3 weeks I have been sitting in my bedroom only going downstairs to eat and say hi to everyone. I think that is why I am so weak also. I felt great this morning and went on my treadmill for 20 minutes, that was enough to start out. I also did some relaxation techniques, that helped also..Well I guess we just keep plugging along, just did not know that anxiety could make someone feel so bad coming down from it..Jenn :)
