I have a terrible pressure in my head

Hi BN Thank you for the reply!! I am on my own at the moment as my partner went out for x-mas eve last night and as yet has not returned. I found some herbal non drowsy sinus tablets and that has helped somewhat. I am worrying I think due to the fact it was already 30 Degrees C at 7am this morning and is still climbing. The heat is one of the things that sets off anxiety. I am going to lie down for a bit I think and focus on something else for a while. Perhaps I can score a neck rub when my other half gets home... I would say that it's stress related and being caused by your neck muscles. The heat could well be a contributary factor Shell. Is there anyone that can give your shoulders & neck a good rub for you? Faiing that something like Ibuprofen or aspirin might help as they have anti-inflammatory properties. Ease off the caffiene, drink plenty of water and try some neck exercises - I'd post a link to some good ones in the UK but I think it would be deleted.

Good Morning everyone and merry christmas. Its only 6am in Australia and as soon as I woke this morning my head felt like its going to explode! I have been getting this more frequently in the last few days. My eyes are blurred but that has been a constant over the last 4 weeks and I am a little dizzy. I can't handle this feeling pressure I have in my head right now. Its making my ears "pop". It gets worse when I am on the pc or trying to read, actually it just gets worse as the day goes on. It has been very hot lately and today is going to be very hot and humid. Is anyone else getting this symptom? Has anyone got any advise on how they cope with this? I have tried a cold, wet towel on the back of my neck and my forehead but nothing seems to stop it. Thanks! Shell
