Debbie- I had anxiety all day long like you described and it would lift as the day went on.Around 11ish I would feel almost normal.I would also get really sad around 9ish and cry because the day was so scary and i was drained. All I can tell you is that from my experience I didnt start to feel better til about two months, maybe a lil before and it didnt ease the attacks before then. After the first month my pychiatrist told me also to increase my mgs so I gave that a try.I am finally better, but I now have a new set of problems, which is staying this way.I know you will get better, cause God answers prayers. -Vanessa

My anxiety seems to go down as evening comes, perhaps I am just so exhausted from it all day I do not know, sometimes I cry at night because the day has been so draining. Its almost like Daytime/Panic Nightime?Depression. Does anyone else know what to make of that, sometimes late late at night around midnight I almost feel "normal" before I go to bed, I just wish I did not have to wait till 11:00pm or midnight to feel better. I am doing the panic program, the luncinda Basset tapes, and my meds, I am trying SO hard to beat this, any prayers would be appreciated. Thank you, Debbie.

Thank you CTexas that helped. Its been a real bad day and my son saw it so I feel awful, the nausea will not seem to go away, I took a Klonopin and tried to calm down. I am sorry you have those symptoms too, I am glad you can function through, lately I can barely get out of bed, I am hoping GOd will help me recover so I can have my life back. Again thank you so much your words helped. GOd bless, Debbie.

debbie, i know exactly how you feel and i bet most people that posts here do. my constant symptoms are the lightheaded, feel like can't take deep breath, yawn a bunch, get pain in my chest and occassional upset stomach. these are symptoms that i deal with on a daily basis. i'm sorry you saw that show about the lady.. i do the same thing when i read a magazine or watch television and they have something about heart problems. it really scares me.. and my anxiety goes sky high. but, i continue on with my job and my daily tasks.. and it is hard and its easy to give let your mind wonderand scare you. i haven't posted much latley but i do read alot of your posts. with all of the tests you have had done lately i think you are probably on of the healthiest people i know. so remeber the next time you feel a little lightheaded or dizzy, have a sharp chest pain, feel sick at your stomach just remeber its anxiety. stay strong your in good hands with GOD, ---- next time you see a show about something like that turn it off. cn

Somehow I can live through the attacks at least they are over in 20 or 30 minutes, but does anyone else have that stomach sickning scared shaking feeling ALL day, every day I am scared, dizzy, shaking, almost to the point I just want to stay in bed and sleep, sleep is the only relief I get from this hell, I have a son so cannot do that, should the Paxil have helped ease the attacks? its been almost 6 weeks? Should I take more as my nurse said? I am scared to take it and scared not too, what is scaring me is this seems to be getting worse instead of a little better after all these weeks, I feel like I am going back to 5 years ago when it first started and I was unable to leave my bed for over a month! Why does it go on all day, it lifts a little at night, but it comes back with such a vengence every day, if I could just "turn a corner" and get a little better I would have hope, I am losing my hope every day, I hope God will help me to heal myself so I can be a MOther again. Thanks for listening, I am sorry real bad day. Debbie.
