Hey Gina just take one day at a time i told myself i wasnt going to panic at all for the month of september and so far ive had 3 attacks but i havnt had the depression that usually comes afterward.I have been doing alot of exposure work which is why ive had my panics but im determined to keep going with it because im doing things now that i havnt done for 4 months and the longer i put it off the harder it is to start doing it again so i feel theres hope for me after all :) I know how you feel about not getting on with your husband i am at the end of my tether with mine the only reason i stay is because im too scared to be on my own.anyhows enough of my little sagas please let me know how your doing.Take care.
