Thanks Vickers to your replies to both posts. You always calm me, you must be a fantastic Mother, I wish I could posess that calmness. I will try the meditation and the yougurt, that was so interesting about Yogurt combating blood in the stool, I do not have that as far as I know, but it must be very good for you. I know medication cannot do it all for a person, I am trying to rush getting better from the infection and antibotics, sometimes you cannot rush your health just let it happen. I hope you are having a good weekend with your family. God bless you, Debbie.

I answered your other post and then I read this one. ;p Try not to worry. Your body has been through a lot lately with the inections and the allergic reactions to the meds. It is going to take time but you need to give your body a rest to make it easier. Take time to breathe and live in the moment. Meditation is about living in the moment and that is why it is so calming. There are some websites that offer tips on meditation. Some even walk you through a meditation with beautiful calming music in the background so you can learn how to do it. Of course, I can't post any website addresses on here because it will just get deleted but, if you look in your search engine, you will find something. You need to take some time out and rest your mind, in doing so, you will rest your body and help it heal as well. Take a hot bath for the muscle aches. It will help! Heat and stretching works wonders on sore muscles! Even a hot pad will help. Take time out for you so you can be there for your husband, your son and most importantly, yourself. Take time to relax so you can recharge. You are stronger than you feel - I promise!!

I forgot to answer your question, I am sorry, I do not have a history of sciatic in fact one of my "good" parts were my feet and my legs and lower back they never hurt, now that has changed, I hope its my mattress, but ever since the antibotics I have been aching all over and my stomach is shot, always burning and nausea. I hope the Paxil is not causing this, last time I took it it increased my appetite and made me hungry all the time, I worry with all these meds my liver or spleen or pancreas has been damaged, and of course then my panic escalates, like last night when I woke in that terrible pain with the shooting pains down the front and back of my legs I got scared and my stomach started churning and queasy. I got well before from this panic Vickers, will I again? For 11 months except for a few times I was fine, I so want to be like that again, will the paxil eventually work again and ease my symptoms, I guess I need reassurance, I fear this anxiety and panic which for years have emotionally harmed me now are causing physical things, you are always comfort and reassure me, you have that gift for people I think, I wish I had your wisdom. GOd bless, Debbie.
