Think of this as a opportunity to develop and strengthen the friendships you have now and pursue some hobbies. If you are living with your husbands family, maybe that will be good to have people around. I find I do better when there's always people around at night to talk to. Look at this as a time to become stronger, you might want to consider having some scheduled times to see your therapist so you can count on these times of help/sanity :) Talk to your doctor about how this isn't a good time and why and you need a new plan to come off your meds. I'm sure your dreading this, but often situations like this can surprise us and you can see you are stronger than you think! ( I think I stole that from Vickers ;p ) Overall I would have planned things like seeing your therapists, an exercise class, books you want to read, meeting with friends, starting a hobby -no matter how big or small. You can do this!

Hey everyone I am going to be facing a very big challenge and I need your support and prayers. My husband has to work out of town for 8 weeks. He will be able to come home ever other weekend. I am going to miss him so much. I am so afraid that my depression and panic is going to get worse. Just thinking about it gives me anxiety. I start doing all of the "what-if" thinking. I don't see my therapist anymore but I feel like maybe I shoulg call him. Eight weeks is such a long time. It could possibly turn into more weeks. During this time we have to move. We are going to be moving in with his family. I am stressed about it. My doctor wants to take me off the medicine in October and I kinda feel like maybe I am not ready. Any encouraging words would be great right now. Thanks, Shell
