I understand your fear. I recently went on a 14 hour trip and much to my surprise I did ok! I took the book "The Purpose Driven Life" and "From Panic to Power" and they both help with anxiety anyway and both give confindence and comfort. I didnt even get nausous or dizzy. Try to take a good book and anything that brings you comfort. You deserve a vacation....GOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

dear all, id like to know whats your experiences with travelling far away from home. in my case, im scared to death to go somewhere, and in the last ten years (thats how long i deal with panic) i've travelled only few times and in two weeks time i have to go to london, which is 3 hours by plane. im afraid ill get sick on the plane, ill vomit, ill blackout, ill get some seizures, ill get heart attack... but, then again, i cant stay at home anymore, im ruining my whole life and i cant take it anymore. whats your experiences? id really like to hear your stories... thanks!
